Course Outcomes

Design

Be able to produce a preliminary design of a landfill. This inlcudes understanding regulations, chemical fate and transport, geotechnical design methods, and project planning issues.

Communication

Be able to communicate the design and design decisions to a non-specialist but technical audiance. This will include communicating the reasons for basic assumptions and why they were made.
