Texts and Contexts
1. Students will demonstrate an ability to read critically women-authored literary texts and analyze them within their cultural and literary contexts in Modern Europe.
Research
2. Students will perform scholarly research on a text or texts related to the course and produce competent essays (literary criticism) to communicate that research.
