Various subjects are covered as tailored by the faculty member and student, including:
International Fieldwork in Nutrition: Observe and evaluate food and nutriton practices in an international setting.
Food Science College Bowl: Increase knowledge of food science and develop team skilss by preparing for and competing in the IFT College Bowl competition.
Food Design: Work with Industrial Design program on food-related projects involving food technology and design.
