Course Outcomes

Healthy Perspectives

Students will establish healthy perspectives on body image and appropriate health goals.


Students will evaluate their own health and determine needed changes.

Dance Movements

Students will learn a variety of Latin, international, and folk dance movements adapted for the purpose of exercise.

Scientific Principles

Students will demonstrate an understanding of basic principles of exercise, physiology, and health maintenance by passing a written exam.
