Students will be able to recognize and identify the implications of adolescent development on their own teaching and be able to integrate future lessons with the knowledge they have of development.

The students will understand the social, physical, and cognitive developmental stages of adolescence in relation to the tasks of automony, identity and intimacy development.

The students will demonstrate understanding of how the stages of development impact classroom environments and management.
