Understanding

Students should:

  • Understand basic design vocabulary of principles and elements of design
  • Understand both 2D and 3D aesthetic principles as they relate to industrial design
  • Understand basic visual presentation skills

Students should be able to:

Apply principles of design to create aesthetic 2D and 3D Compositions

Apply basic software skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Discuss and critique both 2D and 3D compositions using design terminalogy
