Course Outcomes

Students will describe how stress affects physiology and physical health outcomes.

Students will integrate their knowledge of stress and health by analyzing a health condition in the context of stress.

Measurement: APA style paper.

3. Experimentation with stress management techniques

Students will experiment with stress management techniques and assess their effectiveness using a stress management journal.

Measurement: Journal entries, critique of experience.
